Bow Tie Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes (Barbara Gray)

1 pound Farfalle pasta
1 pound broccoli florets
1/2 pound sun dried tomatoes, cut into slivers
3 cloves fresh, chopped garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Onion salt
Parmesan cheese

Saute fresh garlic with sun dried tomatoes in olive oil.

In microwave, place broccoli in glass bowl with 1/3 cup of water.
Cover with Saran wrap. Cook 3 minutes or until tender. Add cooked broccoli
to sun dried tomatoes. Add cooked pasta. Stir and season with onion
salt and Parmesan cheese.
