Chili con Queso (Rich Rodda)

1 pound ground beef
2 bunches green onion
2 cans green chilies, chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
16 ounces American cheese
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup (or more!) jalapenos

Brown and drain beef.
Add onion and green chilies.
Add tomato sauce, ad then American cheese.
Melt together.
Season with cumin, pepper, red pepper flakes, and jalapenos.

Sever with corn chips.
