Uncle Skippy's Maple Poppy Dressing (Skip Mullen)

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup maple syrup, Grade "A" Dark Amber
1/8 cup cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 tablespoon poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Chill and serve with your favorite garden salad.
